Gimmie dat gear is dedicated to serving the youth of the world through charitable donations. We appreciate the opportunity to participate in your event with a donation of GDG items. Please review our guidelines below and submit a donation request form.
Selection Criteria:

• Proceeds must benefit children.
• Organization must work with causes that benefit children.
• Organization must have a Tax ID#
• Donation request should be for a specific event.
• Must provide a Thank You letter with all required details for tax purposes within 2 weeks after event. (Please see below for letter requirements.)

Process:

1. Fill out donation form online 2 months prior to the date you need to either receive the items or receive the information about the items (to print in a program/booklet for example), whichever is earlier.
2. Allow 2 weeks to hear back about your donation status (approval/denial) via email.

If donation request is granted:

1. If your donation is approved, we will ship items from our warehouse in California, and you will receive a confirmation email. We ship UPS ground. Shipping will take approximately 2 weeks.
2. Provide a tax letter within 2 weeks after the date of your event. Tax letter must include the following information:

• Name of your organization, event, and the organization the proceeds benefit
• Tax ID #
• Total retail $ value for the items GDG donated
• Description of items that GDG donated to the event

Tax Letter Information

In order to qualify for a GDG donation, you must be able to provide a letter with the following information listed in the letter: tax ID, GDG Collection name, total retail value of our donation. The letter must include the dollar retail value of the clothing and indicate that we donated it to your organization.

If you would like additional items for your donation event, the proceeds of which will fully go to charity, you may purchase product from GDG if you have a re-sale license.
