gdg Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your GDG purchase. However, if you should need to return or exchange an item that you have purchased on our website, you can do so by calling us at (408) 750-6300 or emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 14 days to obtain return shipping instructions. Please provide your GDG order number. If you received a gift from our website, you may return the item for an exchange only. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and in the original condition. We recommend sending your items insured. We are not responsible for items not received if a tracking number is not provided. We do not accept items sent C.O.D. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged items must be reported within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. All sale items are final. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer. Please contact the retailer for their return policy.
