gdg terms and Conditions

1. There are no returns or exchanges of donated product, whether donated by GDG or purchased for the purpose of using as a donation.
2. Donations are considered on a first come, first serve basis, based on date donation is submitted, not on the date of the actual event.
3. Products must be selected from those on the line sheets provided.
4. Donations subject to our budgetary constraints. Once our donation budget is exhausted, we will not be able to honor requests.

Tax Letter Information

In order to qualify for a GDG donation, you must be able to provide a letter with the following information listed in the letter: tax ID, GDG Collection name, total retail value of our donation. The letter must include the dollar retail value of the clothing and indicate that we donated it to your organization.

If you would like additional items for your donation event, the proceeds of which will fully go to charity, you may purchase product from GDG if you have a re-sale license.
